About the event
Alpacas are native to Peru and an essential part of Peruvian culture and economics. So much so, that they are decorated in brightly colored textiles and blessed in an annual ceremony. We will be adorning our own card stock alpacas with yarn wrapping and weaving techniques! Sand will be our sensory material to explore, and we just may delve into some non-fiction for our 11:00 story. As always, there will be ample time to meet and feed the alpacas and play in the playhouse, mud kitchen, and playset.
Online pre-sale discount for tickets ends the day before the event at noon. After that, tickets will be available at the door for full price. (Cash, credit card, and Venmo accepted.)
